ST Patrick’s Day in Central Florida

The holiday weekend is approaching fast and Central Florida is full of events and parades. In this post, I’ll list some of the most popular returning events that will be going on from Thursday the 14th of March through Sunday the 17th of March.

4th Annual Crooked Can Celtic Festival-March 15-17

This is the largest Celtic Festival in Central Florida. This is three days of live music, food, and local vendors. The best thing is it’s open to all ages and FREE! The event is at Crooked Can brewing Company in Winter Garden.

Lake Mary St. Patrick’s Block Party-March 16-March 17th

Includes 4 Venues, multiple stages, and different ticket options. This is a 21 and up event. Prices start at $10 and go up to $100. There are some great drink packages to get you beer, wine, and other cocktails included. Admission on Sunday before 2pm is free, online gets you a small discount vs paying at the door.

 

Mayor’s River O’Green Fest– March 16

8th Annual Fest where the Hillsborough River will turn green starting at 11am. Live entertainment, games, kids activities, food and of course beer. The event starts off with a nice 2-mile walk/run. You gotta burn those calories before the shenanigans begin. There is a scavenger hunt and a costume contest along with many other fun events. The event is free but some extra activities cost a fee.

Hourglass Brewing-March 17th

All weekend long event. Raffles and prizes, specialty drinks will be on site, $1 off Irish Curse, Wee Peaty, and Pog Mo Thoin all day Sunday. Every purchased beer gets you an entry in the raffle.

St. Patrick’s Day Brewery Crawl– March 15th

Looking for something fun and different then try a pub crawl. Participating Breweries: Tactical, Sideward, Cask & Larder, Ten10, and Redlight Redlight.

St Patrick’s Day Booze Cruise– March 17th

Spend the day aboard Canaveral Cruise 1. This is certainly a different way to spend the day. The cost is $49.99 per person includes food, green beer with id, 4-hour cruise, DJ entertainment, and a cash bar.
